My review I hope can provide those who are contemplating hiring attorney Simoneau a sense of comfort that is an unusual and unfamiliar feeling in times of question. Attorney Simoneau provided me with the break down of what had to be done to be reinstated and if I simply did what he told me to do it would work out in our favor. Most importantly, attorney Simoneau provided me with an understanding that there would be an end to the process and it would be a good result through patience and following his plan. I followed the plan and attorney Simoneau got it done, like he said. I feel that’s the most important thing I can say in a review. He did what he said he was going to do. In my experience with him he’s always proven his word to be honest and true. Highly recommended and a good avenue to take when you have questions you need answers to.

I called Brian about a concern that I have from my RMV hearing for a 2nd offense hardship reinstatement after receiving the Cahill disposition. The Registry revoked my license for life due to OUI convictions. Attorney Simoneau researched my case and found a way to get the lifetime permanent license loss reduced by challenging a prior conviction which was continued without a finding.
