When dealing with any RMV issue, I can’t recommend Attorney Simoneau more highly. As a specialist, his knowledge of Registry procedure and its nuances is second to none. Even after a short time working with me on my case, it is clear that he may be the most qualified, efficient, and skilled attorney ...in this field in the state of MA. While not a miracle worker, (as no attorney should profess to be), if you have any issue(s), my advice would be to call him immediately. Additionally, I don’t believe you will find a more responsive counsel. Regardless of the question or timing, you are assured a quick call back and he does not rest until the situation/issue is resolved. I hired Attorney Simoneau to represent my case for my license to be reinstated from an immediate threat suspension. I called Brian about a concern that I have from my RMV hearing for a 2nd offense hardship reinstatement after receiving the Cahill disposition.
