IID VIOLATION HEARING

I cannot express enough gratitude to Brian Simoneau for the exceptional service and dedication he provided throughout my case. From the very beginning, Brian treated my situation as if it were his own, and his compassion and professionalism were evident in every step he took. What stood out to me ...the most was his genuine approach — he immediately took on my case without demanding any upfront payment. He sent me a payment link only when I felt comfortable and had done my research on him, which truly spoke to his transparency and trustworthiness. Brian didn’t waste any time. He swiftly prepared an affidavit for me to sign and went above and beyond in requesting multiple BRAC reports from the company that services my IID. He meticulously gathered all the necessary evidence and built a solid defense on my behalf. During the entire process, both my family and I were in a dark place, feeling depressed and hopeless. I didn’t know where to turn, especially with the looming threat of losing my license for 10 years. But Brian was a guiding light, helping me navigate the legal complexities and providing me with the assurance I desperately needed. Thanks to his expertise and unwavering commitment, he was able to get my case dismissed at the DMV hearing yesterday 3.4.2025. I know that if I had tried to handle this myself, I would have lost, even though I was innocent. If you are about to lose your license and can prove your innocence to Brian, he will have your back and win your case.

Kind and Helpful Lawyer

I grew up in Massachusetts, but moved out of state over thirty years ago. I had a complicated situation in my current state, however because Massachusetts was my home state, where I originally obtained a driver license, which was suspended and revoked, for speeding and driving on suspended/revoked, a...nd never completely resolved, I thought I needed to retain a Lawyer to help me fix my problem in Massachusetts. I found Brian by doing a Google search using a key word search of (Massachusetts, Suspension, Reinstatement, Lawyer), as well as a few others. I called and left a voice mail for Brian and three other Lawyers. Brian was the only one who called me back the same day. (I liked that very much). After speaking with Brian, he shared some of his thoughts, and said he would research the details and get back with me in a few day. I immediately offered to pay a retainer, but he said he would like to wait until he figures out what is going on. In the meantime, I had scheduled a telephone hearing with the Massachusetts RMV. I received a call from a Hearing Officer a few days after speaking with Brian. The Hearing Officer actually decided on removing all holds on my license and authorized the reinstatement of my privileges, after I paid six hundred dollars in fees. A couple of hours later, I received a detailed email from Brian. He had discovered what my problems were. He outlined how he could represent me with a quoted retainer of fifteen hundred dollars, plus the reinstatement fees. I replied, asking him to please call me to discuss it. He did. I explained what happened when I had the phone hearing. As it turned out, I didn't need a Lawyer to represent me. I felt a little guilty for Brian doing the research to help me without receiving a payment from me. I offered to compensate him for the time he put into my situation. He said it wasn't necessary and declined. Brian was very kind.

Did not respect me, my case or my time

Do not bother with this man if you want someone who actually cares about your case. He simply cannot communicate effectively or efficiently and he has zero empathy. After I retained him he did not get back to me in a timely fashion. He sent me a long, complicated list of requirements (medical evals, ...3 months of drug tests, classes to complete) on a Saturday when the hearing was on tuesday. He knew my hearing date for about 3 weeks before he told me I had to get 3 months worth of documentation within 2 days. He wouldn't even refund me my entire retainer when I opted to go with a different law firm. All he did was send me the same email he would send to any person with my case, answer a couple of my emails, and raise my blood pressure. Overall it was an extremely unprofessional and terrible experience.

Hi Alex. You drove the wrong way at the entrance of the Sumner tunnel and caused a crash, sending 4 people to the hospital. You were charged with possession of Ketamine, LSD, and Cocaine, DUI Alcohol, Negligent Operation, and multiple civil motor vehicle infractions. You took and failed a breath test. As I explained, I have a very effective 3 step process that I use to win these immediate threat cases. https://youtu.be/ueA8Q7cHjMc?si=ALoBswaaCZ7RDWlK. Effective preparation is the key to success in these cases. You should not have scheduled a hearing until we had the necessary documentary evidence to prove that you are safe to operate and should have your license reinstated. With no such evidence, you scheduled a hearing yourself. That was a mistake. I corrected your error by scheduling a new hearing for you, so that we had sufficient time to prepare. The requirements that you complain about are set by the Registry in cases such as this. Not me. After I spent considerable time and effort on your case, you decided to retain a less experienced lawyer. I retained a reasonable amount of the fee as compensation for my work. I’m really sorry that you had a negative experience with me and I wish you the best of luck with your case.
