Outstanding experience! My situation was pretty minor compared to others (holding my phone in the car, though multiple times over time does add up), but it still could’ve gotten complicated. My previous attorney was wicked sloppy: typos, wrong hearing times, etc., and it could’ve caused real issue...s if I hadn’t double-checked things. When I needed help again, a friend told me Attorney Gilman was “the absolute best”… and he was right. From the intake form to the text reminders to just how nice everyone was, everything felt easy and well-run. He even took the time to call me and explain something in a straightforward, non-condescending way when it wasn’t clicking over email, which I really appreciated. Emily came with me to the hearing and was great to talk with, super supportive and easy to have there. Hopefully I won’t need this kind of help in the future, but I’ve already referred his firm to others and definitely would again. Thank you!

I contacted Mr Gilman regarding a false positive the interlock in my car. I had sent in all my paperwork to the state but they still sent me letter saying suspending license. So I paid Matt $1850 to help me. After an hour he called saying good news. The rmv apparently had a computer issue and didn't ...see paperwork. They were going to reinstate anyways. Well Matt still kept the $1850 basically making a two minute phone call. He's an unethical bottom feeder. The reason attorneys have a bad reputation. I would suggest researching other attorneys for help.

Today I had to go to Barnstable District Court. Julie represented me. She was exceptional. She called me prior to going to court, and she explained everything to me. I could have lost my license, but she got me a Continued Without A Finding. I will be on unsupervised probation for 2 years…but I co...uldn’t have hoped for more. The woman who hit my car when I failed to yield was trying to get $1800. from me. I can’t thank Matt Gilman Law for their help. The other woman got nothing (because she showed up at court with nothing proving that she spent any out-of-pocket on anything). Without the help of Matt Gilman and Julie I could have lost my license for 60 days. Thank you Matt and Julie. I recommend Matt Gilman to everyone.
