I know I hired the right guy

I hired Attorney Simoneau to handle a complicated immediate threat revocation case. He did a great job. He handled the case promptly and he delivered exactly as promised. I asked lots of questions and he answered all of them thoroughly. I'm very happy with his representation of me.

Brian is very knowledgable when it comes to hardship licenses...

I called Brian about a concern that I have from my RMV hearing for a 2nd offense hardship reinstatement after receiving the Cahill disposition. Brian went over each of the two DUI cases with me and assured me that I would have no problem with my license being reinstated from a hardship license to a f...ull 24 hour license after successfully completing a 3 year hardship license period on top of the initial 45 day loss of license for a Cahill disposition. He sent me both dockets for review and said to give him a call if there were any issues. He is both personal and professional. I would highly recommend Brian for an DUI related cases. Thank you, Brian!

Won the appeal, but ghosted me for months & missed a critical policy.

I hired Attorney Simoneau to appeal an RMV license suspension. While we technically won the initial hearing, the experience was a nightmare due to negligence and lack of communication. 1. Communication was non-existent. Looking at my call logs, I went nearly six months at one point without being a...ble to reach him. In the last year, I was the one chasing him almost exclusively. I barely got two calls back despite multiple attempts. I was left completely in the dark, wondering if I even had representation. 2. He missed a critical RMV policy. Because of his lack of attention, he failed to anticipate the RMV’s "lookback policy" regarding my interlock device. He should have asked the judge to address this in the order. Because he didn't, the RMV overrode the judge’s decision and I was slapped with a mandatory 6-month extension. I hired a specialist to avoid exactly this kind of technical oversight. Instead, I got months of silence and a longer penalty. I cannot recommend him.

Hi Normand. I got your license fully reinstated from a 10-year license suspension. You had some personal limitations that may be interfering with your ability to clearly recollect past events. I respond to calls and emails. I live on my computer (nights, weekends, holidays, etc...) and I get back to my clients, so I'm not sure why you're saying that you had trouble communicating with me. I reviewed our email exchanges, and I saw no emails that were not answered. My response to this review at 7:53 PM on New Year's Eve is an example of my responsiveness. I didn't miss anything. You do not understand the interlock law and regulations. Removal of the IID is governed by 540 CMR 25.11, which states that you must serve 180 days with no violations or infractions before being approved for IID removal. I am a recognized expert regarding interlock devices and applicable laws. Other lawyers consult with me when they have interlock-related questions. Your perceived negative experience differs vastly from the experiences of many others. If you take a look at my Google Reviews, you'll see that I currently have a 4.9/5.0 rating and over 750 reviews, the vast majority of which are 5-star and overwhelmingly positive. I wish you the best of luck and a Happy New Year!

Did not respect me, my case or my time

Do not bother with this man if you want someone who actually cares about your case. He simply cannot communicate effectively or efficiently and he has zero empathy. After I retained him he did not get back to me in a timely fashion. He sent me a long, complicated list of requirements (medical evals, ...3 months of drug tests, classes to complete) on a Saturday when the hearing was on tuesday. He knew my hearing date for about 3 weeks before he told me I had to get 3 months worth of documentation within 2 days. He wouldn't even refund me my entire retainer when I opted to go with a different law firm. All he did was send me the same email he would send to any person with my case, answer a couple of my emails, and raise my blood pressure. Overall it was an extremely unprofessional and terrible experience.

Hi Alex. You drove the wrong way at the entrance of the Sumner tunnel and caused a crash, sending 4 people to the hospital. You were charged with possession of Ketamine, LSD, and Cocaine, DUI Alcohol, Negligent Operation, and multiple civil motor vehicle infractions. You took and failed a breath test. As I explained, I have a very effective 3 step process that I use to win these immediate threat cases. https://youtu.be/ueA8Q7cHjMc?si=ALoBswaaCZ7RDWlK. Effective preparation is the key to success in these cases. You should not have scheduled a hearing until we had the necessary documentary evidence to prove that you are safe to operate and should have your license reinstated. With no such evidence, you scheduled a hearing yourself. That was a mistake. I corrected your error by scheduling a new hearing for you, so that we had sufficient time to prepare. The requirements that you complain about are set by the Registry in cases such as this. Not me. After I spent considerable time and effort on your case, you decided to retain a less experienced lawyer. I retained a reasonable amount of the fee as compensation for my work. I’m really sorry that you had a negative experience with me and I wish you the best of luck with your case.

Scam

He will take your money and will not even speak to you and then completely misrepresent you. He is scam don’t let him ruin your life like he did to me go to any other attorney but him. He is the reason I lost my career, which is why I paid an attorney to help me in the first place. I have two masters... and a licensed board certified behavior analyst and he completely misrepresented me.

Rocky: I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the services that I provided. I note that the Registry agreed to allow you to reinstate your license. Your 2 masters degrees and behavior analyst certification were irrelevant to your immediate threat license suspension.
