Got the job done
I hired Attorney Simoneau to represent my case for my license to be reinstated from an immediate threat suspension. I felt that I should leave a review to anyone that may be going through that similar situation and the process. The case for my reinstatement took place in the peak of the coronavirus s...

I know I hired the right guy
I hired Attorney Simoneau to handle a complicated immediate threat revocation case. He did a great job. He handled the case promptly and he delivered exactly as promised. I asked lots of questions and he answered all of them thoroughly. I'm very happy with his representation of me.

Don’t Hire!!!
This lawyer should be disbarred. I hired him, and when I didn’t rehire him for the appeal, he threatened to advise the board to rule against me, and they did. He should have been arrested and disbarred for his action below also. https://www.boston25news.com/news/25-investigates-assistant-to-...
Nicholas - You hired me to represent you before the Board of Appeal in 2021 and I got your license reinstated. You didn't need to hire me for an appeal because I won your case and you got your license back. In 2023, the Registry suspended your license again and you came to me for help. Since you were a former client, I trusted you and did not require payment in advance. I spent both my time and money on your case. You ignored my calls and emails. You didn’t follow my instructions. When it came time for your hearing, you didn’t provide me with the materials that I had repeatedly requested months in advance. You told me that you were going to represent yourself. My only communication to the Board of Appeal was that I would no longer be representing you. At your BOA hearing, the Registry was represented by a lawyer and you were not. You decided to represent yourself and you apparently lost. I won the case that you hired me for. You did not hire me for the case that you lost.

Scam
He will take your money and will not even speak to you and then completely misrepresent you. He is scam don’t let him ruin your life like he did to me go to any other attorney but him. He is the reason I lost my career, which is why I paid an attorney to help me in the first place. I have two masters...
Rocky: I am sorry that you were not satisfied with the services that I provided. I note that the Registry agreed to allow you to reinstate your license. Your 2 masters degrees and behavior analyst certification were irrelevant to your immediate threat license suspension.

HERE FOR YOUR MONEY, NOT YOU
I am on my way to my 2nd hearing because of Brian; he failed to mention critical details that lead to the further revoking of my license. He comes off sweet but you quickly realize he is shady and a snake, for he does not act in his upmost fiduciary character, which I needed. I relied on him and he ...
I"m sorry that the Board of Appeal required a second hearing and that you're not happy with me. The Board required a second hearing because you did not get me the drug tests showing negative that I repeatedly requested. If you followed my instructions, you'd have your license.
