I hired Attorney Simoneau to represent my case for my license to be reinstated from an immediate threat suspension. I felt that I should leave a review to anyone that may be going through that similar situation and the process. The case for my reinstatement took place in the peak of the coronavirus s...hut down which without attorney Simoneau I have total confidence in saying I wouldn’t have been able to be reinstated as this unique time for everyone made any progress nearly impossible. Of course, no one wants to be in any situation where even considering legal consult is necessary. That time for anyone who has experienced this is, understandably, a hard time to go through. My review I hope can provide those who are contemplating hiring attorney Simoneau a sense of comfort that is an unusual and unfamiliar feeling in times of question. Attorney Simoneau provided me with the break down of what had to be done to be reinstated and if I simply did what he told me to do it would work out in our favor. Most importantly, attorney Simoneau provided me with an understanding that there would be an end to the process and it would be a good result through patience and following his plan. I followed the plan and attorney Simoneau got it done, like he said. I feel that’s the most important thing I can say in a review. He did what he said he was going to do. In my experience with him he’s always proven his word to be honest and true. Highly recommended and a good avenue to take when you have questions you need answers to.

This lawyer should be disbarred. I hired him, and when I didn’t rehire him for the appeal, he threatened to advise the board to rule against me, and they did. He will take your money and will not even speak to you and then completely misrepresent you. He is scam don’t let him ruin your life like he did to me go to any other attorney but him. He is the reason I lost my career, which is why I paid an attorney to help me in the first place. I have two masters... and a licensed board certified behavior analyst and he completely misrepresented me.

I am on my way to my 2nd hearing because of Brian; he failed to mention critical details that lead to the further revoking of my license. He comes off sweet but you quickly realize he is shady and a snake, for he does not act in his upmost fiduciary character, which I needed. I relied on him and he ...let me down. I just hope he helps you more than I; honestly I hope you don’t seek him out. I could have been driving to work and meeting my friends as we speak…. But Brian didn’t tell me the GOLDEN FACTS. will he tell you? Or just go for your wallet!?…. Think about it… this man only has 5 star reviews… I’m here to say he did me wrong. Hopefully that star shows.
