At the end of the day, justice won, and you are now in a position to receive the benefits you should have been getting all along. We are just getting started Chuck, but we are most certainly in the drivers seat. Steve

Dear Tom Thanks so much for the wonderful review. What makes me feel best is the sense of ease I put you at with our conversations. I truly understand how overwhelming the whole process can be, particularly in light of your long-term relationship with your employer, the fact that your injury was witnessed, and your employer was very supportive. Why then did the insurance company deny your claim? We both know the reason and I am so glad you trusted me and allowed this process to work the way it was designed. At the end of the day, the judge awarded all benefits you should have received from the beginning. We are just getting warmed-up Tom. I will be with you every step of the way. Thanks again for your patience and trust. Your a good man Tom! Steve
