I cannot say enough good things about Mr. Ramsey. His legal skills are exceptional but where he really excels is at being a good person. He was aware and sensitive that I had a difficult employer who made me pay every step of the way, coupled by the fact that I am hard of hearing made my situation all that more difficult, attorney Ramsey understood and went to bat for me. I do believe corporations have manipulated the laws of the land so as to avoid monetary compensation, attorney Ramsey, however, applied his legal skills to obtain for me the best possible monetary outcome. Not only will you need a skilled attorney to help figure out this confusing legal system but you will also need a sensitive friend who understands punitive employers. David

Fantastic

CDL injury case

Attorney James Ramsey, went to great measures for me as i lost 20+ cdl career. This was a long drawn out case more than 6yrs and treated me the same the whole time and has worked both sides of the table so knows all the games they play. James was always there and available if I had any questions and or concerns. He would guide me though and keep me on point. James is an amazing attorney, I would highly recommend him. Workers Comp

James went above and beyond for me on two different cases!! When other firms wouldnt take my first case, james did! He was always extremely easy to reach. He would help me understand every step of the process and was willing to explain ANYTHING in detail so i never felt lost in the process. Workman's comp case

When I first started receiving compensation from my employer's insurance company, I found Mr. Ramsey online and gave him a call. He was very generous with his time giving a pro-bono consultation with regards to my case. A few months later the insurance company decided to stop paying me. I called Mr. Ramsey and after he listened patiently to the particulars of my situation, I hired him and he got my payments reinstated. Over the following year, he was instrumental in negotiating an equitable settlement with the insurance provider. He really helped me get through a difficult time in my life! I'd highly reccomend him!

Patient assault from senior loving facility

This was a tough case for my wife and I especially given that we had almost gave up hope of recovering any compensation for my wife's injuries from patien assault at work. But Attorney James Rumsey Jr worked very hard and patiently to success. He is not only patient and respectful but very kind and compassionate as well. We were satisfied with what we recovered. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful

Being relatively new to workers comp I had many questions. Even though attorney Ramsey had a conflict of interest and was unable to take my case, he still spent a lot of phone time answering questions and was able to refer me to someone else. I am disappointed that I can not work with him and would highly recommend him to anyone with workers comp issues.

A very caring person who happens to be a great lawyer!

What a pleasant surprise!!!!!!!

I am amazed at the level of service provided by this gentleman. If I ever DO end up needing a person to support me I will call Jim again. He has shown me to be a lawyer of great integrity. For the most part in my life I have found that to be an oxymoron. Not so in this case. He will call you back promptly. When it works for YOU! Even if it is 9 o’clock on a Friday night. And no baloney. He KNOWS his stuff. You will feel much better. I promise.

He didn't give up even when it seemed like they weren't going t

I had searched for months for a lawyer for my workers comp case amd had no luck. One day I was crying and yelling in my car because I was fed up with being sick and noone seemed to care! My cell phone was listening and suggested a lawyer so I called them. That lawyer sent me to Jim Ramsey and he took my case. I can only say that God was listening that day and answered my prayers. He drove all the way to my home for our consultation. I could tell he cared right away. He said he would keep fighting for me even if it seemed as though we may not win. Well we did win! We both stayed positive and he prevailed in the end. I am forever grateful amd would recommend Jim as a 5 star lawyer! He has heart!
