I sincerely wished you had contacted me directly and I would have done everything in my power to remedy the situation immediately. Unfortunately the author of this comment was anonymous. Having practiced law for more than 25 years, my first priority is in providing quality legal services and always making myself available to answer any and all questions and concerns. Unfortunately I failed to satisfy this standard with this particular client. For that I am sorry.
