Biography
Adam M. Hopkins oncentrates his practice on providing top-notch legal services in a variety of legal areas including corporate law, commercial and residential real estate, Internet law, business transactions, condominium law, estate planning, and all areas of related litigation. In addition, Adam acts as a writer and contributor to a number of industry-focused blogs and online journals.
Prior to founding AHopLaw, Adam practiced as an attorney at highly regarded, mid-size Boston law firms, and also worked for a D.C. area company providing corporate governance services to institutional investing firms.
In addition to providing legal services and freelance writing, Adam has a long history and experience with web technologies and developing websites. He is familiar with open source software licensing, having worked previously with the Free Software Foundation, and is a competent programmer in PHP and Python.
Adam received his Bachelor’s Degree in International Affairs with a concentration
in International Politics at the George Washington University in 2004, and
graduated, cum laude, from New England School of Law in 2010.
Adam is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
Adam has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers–Rising Stars Edition 2013.
