Once I contacted Jeff it was a week or so before we got moving. We consulted first then I hired him to write a demand letter to the service shop. Within 2 days of the service provider receiving the demand letter, they paid it in full. My Lawyer was professional and replied to emails and phone call...s promptly. This has been a big relief for me and my family when there was no one else to help. I cannot thank Jeff enough.
