AMAZING

I have to say im beyond happy with this law firm and everything they do and have done. Words can not even express the work he does attorney Molleur will go above and beyond and keeeeeep working till its right!!!!! I have had multiple lawsuits so far and great out comes or more!!! He dont just take ur money He actually listens to what ur going threw, his team puts there feet in ur shoes and understands!!! Tenant/landlord dispute

I had an excellent experience with Jonathan D Molleur Esq. Jonathan specializes in housing laws and I came to him with a tenant/Landlord dispute. Before calling him I was afraid, anxious, and completely overwhelmed. From just our first phone call he eliminated my negative feelings and replaced them with confidence, knowledge, and most importantly empowerment. Landlords can be corrupt and dishonest. Your best weapon against them is Johnathan. If you find yourself in a situation with an unfair landlord or you’re just not sure what to do, don’t hesitate to call him. Withholding Rent

I called attorney Jonathan Molleur to ask him if withholding rent due to a sewer flood in my current apartment, was legal and if so, what would be the next steps. He explained exactly what the law statues were in this particular situation. In addition, he was professional, and to the point. He also mentioned that as a tenant, I have rights etc. Thank you! If the repairs are not within the timeframe you mentioned, then I will be contacting you.

Tremendous Landlord/Tenant Lawyer

While I didn’t end up retaining Attorney Molleur’s services, I did consult with him on some issues I had with my old landlord. He provided me with extensive legal information based on which I was able to make a well-informed decision regarding my best possible path forward. I then ended up with a satisfactory settlement from my landlord. If I ever experience another issue with a landlord in which I need to hire a lawyer, Attorney Molleur will absolutely be the first person I call. He has an extensive, thorough knowledge of landlord/tenant law and I cannot recommend him enough. Hire him without any reservations!

Highly Recommend
