Richard did an excellent job of handling the listing agreement with the realtor and the closing on a house I sold in Leominster MA. I live in Carmel , Indiana, so Richard handled all the administrative and legal work involved with the selling of and closing on the sale of the property. He worked very well with my real estate agent while the property was listed. He made it an easy process for me since I was not located near the property.

An Outstanding Lawyer
As a lawyer myself, I admire Richard's knowledge and diligence. As a client, I have experienced his professionalism and caring attitude firsthand. When a member of my family faced a terminal illness and needed last minute estate planning, Richard made numerous visits to the hospital and exhibited genuine compassion for my relative and a sincere desire to accomplish the desired results. Now, as the person responsible for managing the deceased's affairs, I continue to benefit from his careful work and sound advice.

An Amazing Lawyer!
Back in December 2013, I was involved in a very trying civil matter. I had never been in any legal situation before. Rich was there for me through a difficult time, spent the time answering any question I had, and showed compassion in my case. His 20+ years of experience also gave me a lot of reassurance. After a 4 month ordeal, the case was resolved in my favor. It was a complete relief! Almost a year has passed now, and I still thank God every day that Rich was my lawyer!!
