Took a complicated case, followed through and won for us.

I have a close family member who lives in Attorney Roberts area. I live hundreds of miles away. My family member has cognition problems and physical health problems. I contacted Attorney Roberts, and he orgainized the Social Security case for us. He worked with the nurse, social worker, and docto...r's offices, to obtain documentation of the disability. When it came time for the hearing, Attorney Roberts represented my family member. He asked the questions that we needed to show the judge that my family member cannot work. Attorney Roberts understood the importance of prompt handling of the disability case, because my family member needed a disability decision in order to qualify for special housing in the community. Attorney Roberts also helped me to understand how the disability status affected settlement of Medicaid issues involving my family member.
