I have developed a family law practice in the Probate Court representing individuals in divorces, modifications, child support, child custody, child support, and contempts.

I have regularly been appointed by the Court in State Intervention Case since 1999. These are cases where the Department of Children and Families has taken children away from their parents. These cases are very difficult cases that result in the termination of parental rights. I have advocated in hundreds of these cases.

I served in the Military in the Judge Advocates office and Worked from 1992-1999. as a Social Worker for the Department of Social Services for 7 years where I provided direct services to my client in both English and Spanish.

At first I was a little reserved, but the more I spoke with Mr. Pilon, the more he made me feel comfortable, both with his knowledge, and down to earth approach. As a father in MA fighting for child custody, I couldn't have picked a better person to represent me, and my child. I now have full custody of my child, and will be forever grateful for his help in making my dream a reality.

I was a mess when going to my consultation with attorney Pilon, I called him when my children were ripped away from me for something I had no control over by the department of Social services. The day I called ,He set up a meeting for that day. Having court the following day, he moved his schedule around to travel to the Berkshire’s to take my case. He talked me down and put my mind at ease, explained my situation In it’s entirety, assured me we were going to get my children back. He worked effortlessly day and night ( days before Christmas, we actually had a court date on Christmas Eve during a huge snow storm and he made sure he was present) he called the plaintiff’s out on the bs they were trying to pull, the lies they told he had me get immediate proof Of and used his knowledge as a previous social worker to get the judge to see what they were doing was wrong and extremely unprofessional. I didn’t have the money as I lost my job fighting for my children, he still showed up every time. This man actually cares about his clients. You feel comfort in talking to him as he lays it out straight. I got my children back within the month thanks to him, their father was able to come home and we are now healing from the hell we were in. Highly recommend!

Lawrence Pilon is a remarkable lawyer. One who is extremely knowledgeable as well as professional. He took the time to make sure all my options were understood. He returned my calls in a timely fashion and answered all my questions. He helped me win not one but two auto accident cases. Both of which I was hit because I was idling my car waiting to turn. He put in the time and dedication to make sure I got the best possible outcome of each case. When my chiropractor wasn't helping me he recommended an amazing one. My daughter suffers from migraines. She has a 504 Plan. She knows her triggers. Several times I spoke to the principal about moving her out of a class that was connected to the teachers lounge. He refused to believe that the smells from the lounge were triggering her migraines. My daughter was suffering daily and I had to stand up for her. I called attorney Lawrence Pilon. I explained how my daughter has a disability and a 504 Plan to protect her. But it was being ignored by the school principal. I made another meeting with the principal. This time with attorney Pilon by my side. He was very sympathetic and diligent to my daughter's needs. That day she was moved out of that class. I recommend Attorney Pilon to everyone. He is hardworking and dedicated to his clients. He will work with you to get the best possible outcome in your case. All while showing compassion, understanding and commitment to your needs.

Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy!

A few years ago, I was in an accident involving another car. The accident was not entirely my fault. There was a blind spot when I was pulling out that put me at risk. Attorney Pilon caught this and assisted with defending me. We had appealed the decision of culpability and their decision got overturned in my favor! We won! Nicest guy. He was great about walking me through each step of the process. He would not take no for an answer.
