Hire Attorney Bass

Attorney Andrew Bass represented me in a case involving a vehicle purchase that went bad. He was a pleasure to work. He always returned my phone calls and emails within a timely manner and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He listened carefully to my account of what happened, and he kep...t me at ease throughout the process. He even picked up one of my phone calls when he was on vacation, which I think is well above standard service. I was also impressed with Attorney Bass’s expertise in the legal matters involving automobiles, specifically consumer protection and lemon laws. His expertise really showed in the court room. His cross examination was so good it was like watching an episode of “Law and Order.” When the defendant did not tell the truth and made up stories, Attorney Bass was able to quickly show that he was in error. I would highly recommend Attorney Bass and would use him again if I needed a lawyer with his expertise. Thank you Attorney Bass

Speeding ticket dismissed

Attorney Bass represented me when I appealed a traffic citation, and I couldn't have been more happy with the results. The ticket was dismissed and I was able to keep my driving record clean. Furthermore, Mr. Bass went above and beyond when he helped me sort out the RMV losing my application for a he...aring. Mr. Bass was always easy to contact and was always available to take my questions. Andrew Bass is the only attorney I'd recommend to a friend facing a traffic ticket.

LEMONADE LAWSUIT

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM A PRIVATE SELLER IN MAY 2017. THE CAR DID NOT PASS INSPECTION. AFTER MANY UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM MYSELF, I RETAINED ATTORNEY ANDREW BASS AS LEGAL COUNSEL. FROM THE VERY FIRST MEETING, I KNEW THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN RESOLVING MY ISSUE. HE OBTA...INED VARIOUS EVIDENC TO PRESENT AT THE SMALL CLAIMS TRIAL. I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT GOING TO COURT, BUT ATTORNEY BASS WAS ABLE TO EASE MY FEARS WITH HIS EXPERTISE AND KIND YET PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. HE PRESENTED MY CASE BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE WITH CONFIDENCE AS HE WAS VERY WELL PREPARED. HE TALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE COURTROOM. HE SUCCESSFULLY HANDLED MY CASE AND I RECIEVED A JUDGEMENT IN MY FAVOR. HOWEVER, THE DEFENDANT FILED AN APPEAL. HE KEPT ME ABREAST OF EVERY STEP AS IT HAPPEND.HE CALLED ME PERSONALLY EACH AND EVERY TIME HE HAD ANY NEWS FOR ME. HE AGAIN, ACCOMPANIED ME TO COURT FOR THE APPEAL AND AGAIN, HE WAS ABLE TO CONVINCE THE JUDGE, WITH HIS EVIDENCE PRESENTED, THAT I WAS WITHIN MY RIGHTS. I AM CURRENTLY AWAITING PAYMENT FROM THE PARTY. HE HAS ASSURED ME, THAT HE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO GET ME THE AWARDED MONEY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATTORNEY ANDREW BASS. HE IS KNOWLEGABLE IN THE LAW ,AND IS ABLE TO EASILY STATE HIS CASE BEFORE A JUDGE. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF POLITE, KIND AND THOUGHTFUL

Highly recommended

I purchased a pre owned vehicle and within a week it was giving me problems. The dealership was not being responsive in regards to these issues and I did not know what to do.
