Quick and responsive, Honest & Swift whith my case

Andrew Helped me when the dealer failed me. He Quickly ressolved my issue and the company settled soon after. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Andrew Bass to anyone that is having issues with a dealership or feels like they were riped off. He will do everything he can to make sure you are happy and wo...nt stop until you are satisfied. He was very informative when it came to law and what you should know and what to expect. When I first learned that I was duped by the dealer I searched for the best lawyer I can find on google in my area. This was my first time ever hiring a lawyer to deal whith a situation like this. LEMONADE LAWSUIT

I PURCHASED A CAR FROM A PRIVATE SELLER IN MAY 2017. THE CAR DID NOT PASS INSPECTION. AFTER MANY UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPTS TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM MYSELF, I RETAINED ATTORNEY ANDREW BASS AS LEGAL COUNSEL. FROM THE VERY FIRST MEETING, I KNEW THAT HE WAS GOING TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN RESOLVING MY ISSUE. HE OBTA...INED VARIOUS EVIDENC TO PRESENT AT THE SMALL CLAIMS TRIAL. I WAS VERY NERVOUS ABOUT GOING TO COURT, BUT ATTORNEY BASS WAS ABLE TO EASE MY FEARS WITH HIS EXPERTISE AND KIND YET PROFESSIONAL ATTITUDE. HE PRESENTED MY CASE BEFORE THE MAGISTRATE WITH CONFIDENCE AS HE WAS VERY WELL PREPARED. HE TALKED ME THROUGH EVERYTHING THAT WAS GOING TO HAPPEN IN THE COURTROOM. HE SUCCESSFULLY HANDLED MY CASE AND I RECIEVED A JUDGEMENT IN MY FAVOR. HOWEVER, THE DEFENDANT FILED AN APPEAL. HE KEPT ME ABREAST OF EVERY STEP AS IT HAPPEND.HE CALLED ME PERSONALLY EACH AND EVERY TIME HE HAD ANY NEWS FOR ME. HE AGAIN, ACCOMPANIED ME TO COURT FOR THE APPEAL AND AGAIN, HE WAS ABLE TO CONVINCE THE JUDGE, WITH HIS EVIDENCE PRESENTED, THAT I WAS WITHIN MY RIGHTS. I AM CURRENTLY AWAITING PAYMENT FROM THE PARTY. HE HAS ASSURED ME, THAT HE WILL DO EVERYTHING IN HIS POWER TO GET ME THE AWARDED MONEY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ATTORNEY ANDREW BASS. HE IS KNOWLEGABLE IN THE LAW ,AND IS ABLE TO EASILY STATE HIS CASE BEFORE A JUDGE. HE HAS ALWAYS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF POLITE, KIND AND THOUGHTFUL

Highly recommended

I purchased a pre owned vehicle and within a week it was giving me problems. The dealership was not being responsive in regards to these issues and I did not know what to do. Successful in any pursuit against neglect

Andrew Bass has exceeded my expectations against a dealership for neglect when they replaced an axle on my 2009 Nissan Maxima's drivers front tire while doing an engine repair. After three weeks of my vehicle being repaired it was ready and I received a phone call saying me car was finished and ready... to be picked up. So after work on a Friday afternoon I picked my car up from them went home and my friend nick and I were on our way to New Hampshire when I was on route 3 in tyngsboro when my tire detached from my vehicle while going 30 mph. The tire continued down the highway resulting in a vehicle hitting it luckily the driver of that vehicle along with my friend and I were not injured at all. In the morning I went back to the dealership to tell them what happend for them to own up and take responsibility for their negligence but I got nothing but the run around and numbers thrown at me. For example they told me they werent liable because I drove the vehicle more than 70 miles when in reality I only drove it 55 miles with in the 3 hours that I had it back in my possession. That's when I knew I needed a lawyer and I found Andrew bass who got my settled this case in 3 weeks returning all of my money back including his fee :) I highly recommend him. Schedule a consult with him and you will see how well spoken and strongly he feels about when good people get handed the crap end of the stick.
