Excellent service

I hired Andrew in September to help me with a lemon law issue I was having with a dealer. I had recently purchased a vehicle that had major issues with the first 100 miles or so. The dealer didn’t want to help with repair cost. That’s when I called Andrew. He wrote a demand letter that was sent to th...e dealer to respond within 30 days. Few weeks later he received a response from the dealer. Saying he will pay for repair cost and also put a 1 year power train warranty on the car. With the help from Andrew I was able to pay for the repairs to my car and have a 1 year warranty. Andrew is great to work with and I would highly recommend him if you having an issue with the lemon law.

Quick security deposit settlement from landlord

My husband and I consulted with Mr. Bass about our issues with our lease and concerns that our landlords were not acting in good faith and were not following conventional landlord/tenant practices. Mr. Bass was generous with his insights and promised to be on hand if the situation escalated. When our... deposit was not returned and no accounting of damages was provided, Mr. Bass was quick to act. He essentially threw the book at them. Mr. Bass's letter resolved the matter quickly via settlement. This was a pleasant conclusion to a frustrating year. Mr. Bass was willing to work on a contingency or hourly basis. It was good to know we could proceed without needing to pay legal fees to open the case. Mr. Bass was professional and detailed in his work and it paid off. Great work!

Dispute with Ford Motor

Successful in any pursuit against neglect

Andrew Bass has exceeded my expectations against a dealership for neglect when they replaced an axle on my 2009 Nissan Maxima's drivers front tire while doing an engine repair. After three weeks of my vehicle being repaired it was ready and I received a phone call saying me car was finished and ready... to be picked up. So after work on a Friday afternoon I picked my car up from them went home and my friend nick and I were on our way to New Hampshire when I was on route 3 in tyngsboro when my tire detached from my vehicle while going 30 mph. The tire continued down the highway resulting in a vehicle hitting it luckily the driver of that vehicle along with my friend and I were not injured at all. In the morning I went back to the dealership to tell them what happend for them to own up and take responsibility for their negligence but I got nothing but the run around and numbers thrown at me. For example they told me they werent liable because I drove the vehicle more than 70 miles when in reality I only drove it 55 miles with in the 3 hours that I had it back in my possession. That's when I knew I needed a lawyer and I found Andrew bass who got my settled this case in 3 weeks returning all of my money back including his fee :) I highly recommend him. Excellent!!

Andrew from day one was exceptional. He guided me in the right direction with all aspects of my car issues I was dealing with. I had a dealership falsely show me a incorrect car fax, found out that my car was in a previous accident. I tried working with the dealership, in the end, I had no choice but... to look into a laywer to help me through out this process. He advised me in the right direction, informed me of every step we were taking, emailed any updates about the matter, in the end I got what was deserved back to me. I would highly recommend him to any person in the same situation. He's a amazing lawyer and I'm so thankful I found him online and hired him for my situation I was placed in. Thanks again! Andrew!!!
