Greg Jalbert is experienced, attentive, confident, and directive. He is clear in his questions and advice, which is a blessing for those struggling to make tough life choices. Most of all, he is compassionate and non-judgmental. Greg's humane approach helped to soften the fall of contemplating bankruptcy after working earnestly and successfully all of my adult years, and enjoying good credit until last year. I am glad that I chose Greg -- a symbolic light at the end of the tunnel that I could not see before he led me through the pros and cons of Chapter 7.

I rcently had a counseling session with Greg. I brought some very sensitive financial information and a fair amount of anxiety to the interview. I was immediately made comfortable, and Greg's advice and explanations were clear and accessible. My options were explained to me in real world terms, and I am now ready for whatever comes.
