We help average people do basic estate planning. In Washington, that usually means a will, a durable power of attorney, a health care directive (living will) and a community property agreement (if the clients are married). We advise on whether a trust or other probate-avoidance mechanism is necessary or financially desireable with our clients. We also probate estates and represent the personal representative or executor throughout the process.
