I contacted Neil about the intellectual property portions of an employment contract I hadn't yet accepted. He was able to respond and meet with me quickly, so I was able to go back to my new employer's HR department quickly with a response. Neil helped me understand what the contract said, drafted a few changes, and coached me in how to explain those changes.

Mr. Juneja developed very important contract leasing agreements that were too complex for the other lawyers I contacted to create. Mr. Juneja's specific experience in the entertainment industry was crucial for the timely production of these documents, and his knowledge was essential to my equipment leasing negotiations. His services were timely, professional, and top-of-the-line.
I highly recommend Mr. Juneja's comprehensive services.

Neil Juneja at Gleam Law is highly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I appreciated the no-nonsense flat fee structure. Neil spent focused time with me to discuss my trademark application. He met with me when it was convenient for me, sometimes on nights and once on a weekend. I would definitely recommend Neil and Gleam Law to others requiring legal expertise, especially in the entertainment and lighting industries

Neil has helped me register thousands of images with the copyright office in a way that is *way* easier and long-term manageable than me just doing it on my own. He has also helped me deal with the bottom-feeders who use my images for commercial purposes without license...including a fairly large and notoriously humorless company close to Seattle. He's also helped me re-incorporate my company, helped me negotiate the sale of a domain name, and fed me bacon-wrapped jalapeno poppers while we were talking about some image protection technologies.
