DUI Acquittal

Description: A client was facing a second DUI charge in 7 years. The prosecutor wanted the client to serve 60 days in jail so we went to trial. The client was stopped for stopping in the crossing walk and turning from the wrong lane. The client did not perform well on the field tests according to the officer, but we believed otherwise and were able to persuade a jury to deliver a not guilty verdict after only 22 minutes.
