Todd is an excellent attorney. He knows the law and works with his clients. He has an excellent courtroom presence and is passionate in his delivery.
I have worked with him several times over the past few years regarding on-going custody issues and have always been satisified with his work.

Mr. DeVallance was my attorney during the duration of my divorce. I was at my wits end, but he fought hard, did not back down from my key concern (the well being of my daughter). I am very thankful that I retained him. He is a good man to have in your corner.
