Customer review: I worked with Beth for over 6 months. She was extremely knowledgable and kept me informed every step of the way. She was supportive, down to earth and very helpful as we planned. She provided clear information, kept every commitment, was very easy to reach and work with. She expertly addressed every development to insure the best possible outcome. She is a true advocate for her clients and doing what's right. She was recommended to me by another very satisfied client. I have sense recommended her to others and will cointinue to do so. She is definately one of 'the good guys'. True partner and advocatePosted by: anonymous, about 1 year ago. Flag as objectionable
Customer review: Engaging in legal action is not a comfortable or generally positive experience, but Beth made the journey a successful one by constantly keeping me informed, serving as a trusted guide and advocate, and working tirelessly on my behalf.

Customer review: Never stayed in touch. Seemed to be talking me into taking any deal the other side offered just to be done with my case, ASAP. Was not skillful at negotiation. Seemed enamored by other side's large legal office instead of client's interests. Consistently pressured me to settle. Set up arbitration telling each side; the other side wanted to settle. Fought with me about how other side should word the settlement documents. Told me to send her proof of my claim of tax ramifications! Which, if I hadn't done my own research and insisted on specific wording in the settlement documents, it would have cost me dearly. The IRS recently revoked their claim that I owed an additional $30,000.00 worth of taxes, specifically due to my settlement agreement.
