Description: Child brought to Children's Hospital with fractured skull. Hospital called CPS, who would not allow the parents to take child home and placed child in foster care. After meetings and negotiations with CPS and police, I successfully demonstrated that there was no evidence or basis to believe either parent was to blame for the child's injury.
