About me

I am an experienced commercial litigator with a strong focus on employment law.  I represent employers and employees in state and federal court.  I also counsel companies and individuals on a broad range of employment matters including discrimination, contract disputes, wage & hour issues, unfair competition and trade secrets/intellectual property.  I frequently represent executives in transition - helping them negotiate contracts and severance packages, and helping them evaluate and challenge non-competition restrictions.

In addition to my work as an advocate and advisor, I serve as a neutral investigator for public and private organizations attempting to address workplace complaints.
