Emilia Gardner recently handled one of my friends divorce cases. I was helping my friend pay her fees so I feel I can write at least that I would never recommend her. The opposing lawyer got almost everything she asked for and now my friend is struggling horribly because Emilia Gardner failed to get her the support needed to transition out of a 13 year marriage. I would love to write the specifics of the case because they are simply so unbelievable that you would think I was making it up. Anyway I would not recommend her.
