About Emilia
Biography
Emilia grew up in Springfield, Oregon. She obtained her undergraduate degree from Oregon State University, where she was varsity coxswain on the men’s crew team. She returned to Lane County to attend law school at the University of Oregon.
As a law student, Emilia was involved with the Law School’s Public Interest/Public Service organization and in her third year, was elected President of the Student Bar Association. She was a certified law student in the advanced prosecution clinic in the Douglas County District Attorney’s Office where she received jury trial experience. She also participated in the mediation clinic through the Lane County Circuit Court, where she mediated small claims cases.
Before joining Arnold Law Office in 2008, she served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Mustafa T. Kasubhai, Lane County Circuit Court
