Great attorney; highly recommended

I was referred to Keith from another attorney who stated Keith and his associates were top notch. This is an understatement as I truly believe they fought the best fight and obtained the best possible outcome for my situation. I had fought back and forth with Work Comp for approximately one year, being met with resistance the entire way, before Keith accepted my case. With his excellent knowledge base of the law, along with the fact that he cared for my wellbeing, Keith presented an intelligent, fact-based case that was ultimately accepted just weeks before our hearing with the state. Of course this didn't happen over night; however, Keith was prompt with his communication and I never once felt out of the loop or that things were moving slower than advised. great attorney

Keith really went to bat for me. if it where not for Keith SAIF would have left me high and dry and weaseled out of covering my injuries. Keith communicated with me throughout the process and explained things so that I could understand. If you need an Attorney at least talk with Keith Semple before hiring anyone.

Excellent - particularly for a complicated case.

I had a difficult time finding an attorney to take my case because it was very complicated--included both workers comp and personal injury claims, lacked a complete medical diagnosis and was approaching two years since the accident. When I contacted Keith Semple, on recommendation from another attorney (after having talked with several other attorneys), he listened attentively to my long story, clearly recognized the difficulties, and confidently accepted the challenge. I recall what a stress relief it was to know Keith was taking care of the legal issues so that I could focus on my medical care. He listened to my tireless questions, heard what was important to me and worked diligently to achieve that outcome as we navigated our way through the appeals and court processes. He took on what seemed to me an overwhelming task and was able to skillfully negotiate adequate compensation for my injury. I very much respect Keith for his outstanding integrity and his genuine compassion. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Keith Semple to represent a workers comp claim, particularly if it’s a complicated case.

Highly recommend!

We have used Keith Semple as our workers compensation lawyer for a few years now. He is amazing! Every time we run into a problem, he gets it resolved quickly. He is not only making sure we are taken care of, but our doctors are getting paid as well. On top of him handling the insurance company and holding them accountable, he also follows up with us to make sure there are no other problems. We have never had a lawyer take the time to personally call and make sure everything is going well. I highly recommend Keith Semple for anything workers comp related!

I hired Mr. Semple from this sites ratings. He was everything that I had hoped for. I had a difficult Worker's Comp. case. From the beginning he laid out the pros and cons. He worked diligently and kept me appraised at each step of the way and did not promise anything that he believed that he could not fulfill. The case lasted for nearly two years. Excellent Attorney

I hired Keith because of the reviews I read about him. I met with him, he was sincere and genuine and I felt like he really cared about my well being. He explained the details of what and how things would happen and I never felt left out. He was excellent about returning phone calls if he was unavailable when I called. The entire staff was always kind. My entire process took almost 2 years, but I was expecting that because he said it may take that long. I would defiantly recommend him to family and friends.

Stellar Advocate

Keith Semple handled my worker's compensation claim very well and successfully reached a settlement. I found him by reading the reviews on Avvo.com and was thrilled to discover the stellar reviews were accurate. Keith is very courteous and straight forward. He gets the job done quickly and efficiently and promptly answers calls and emails. He is very knowledgeable of the worker's compensation system in Oregon and has served on its board. Work Comp

Keith simply cared. Super easy to talk to and knows his stuff. He wont give you the run around or sugar coat anything and i love that. Im just about done with all my stuff with him and I am very happy about the outcome of all that has been done.

Keith is the best.

To who it may concern: Keith is simply the best. I fired two lawyers before finding Keith after the others showed their incompetence or lack of fight for my rights. Every lawyer I spoke with told me I won’t like the outcome of my case even if I win. It’s true. The system is stacked against the injured worker and is in place to keep costs down for corporations and company owners. Workers Comp has a long and interesting history in Oregon, and you can thank past Governor Kulongoski (Republican in Democrat clothing) for shifting money from worker’s pockets and Oregon’s economy to out of state corporate profits in the latest incarnation. Excellent Attorney on Your Side

I was injured in 2012 and I soon realized that dealing with Workman's Comp was complicated. Keith was highly recommended to me and I was impressed with him right from the start. He is personable and professional and is the advocate you need to have on your side. Best Attorney To Have On Your Side!

The words “Thank You” do not do justice for the appreciation and gratitude I feel towards Keith Semple. From the very first meeting that I had with him I was completely impressed with his knowledge, skills and professionalism. Keith has the perfect balance of honesty, integrity, and compassion. My case, although very trying both emotionally and mentally, was made bearable due to Keith's perseverance. The other party involved in the case was very uncooperative. They missed deadlines, postponed court dates last minute, and did not return phone calls. Despite all of that, Keith worked diligently and efficiently to resolve my case. Keith Semple is the Best

I am an injured sonographer and after a year of trying to handle a claim on my own, I realized I needed help. Another attorney recommended Keith Semple saying, "Keith is simply the very best". I am so thankful I found Keith, his knowledge and expertise is amazing. The first thing he did was point me to a new physician and I finally got a little relief. He then went through all my previous papers and feeling I hadn't been compensated enough for my disability, got it increased. When my vocational retraining plan was denied, Keith's appeal and performance at the hearing was brilliant. He eventually got the denial reversed. Keith knew how heartbroken I was to lose my career and his compassion and integrity will never be forgotten. His office staff is wonderful and I always felt like I was his most important client. Workers comp case settled

I fully endorse and recommend Keith Semple if you are looking for a lawyer to assist you in navigating the workers comp system. I had another attorney ( I am not going to use this forum to discuss what went wrong) but let me tell you what went absolutely right. I hired Keith this was the best decision I have done year to date. I needed help to navigate the process as it was very confusing for me. Keith took every call and answered every voicemail same day. He took the time and was extremely courteous when explaining all of the ins and outs and answered every question I had taking the time to make sure I understood his answer. None of my questions ever stumped Keith and I felt very confidant that he knew the law and could see me through. The case is settled and while the details are not important, suffice to say I am satisfied with the outcome and needless to say with Keith himself. I seriously hope to never have to use him again but should the need arise you can be assured I will call on Keith

Excellent workers compensation lawyer

I am a 36 year old female that worked in the lumber mill industry. I herniated two discs in my lower back when lifting rolls of veneer. My employer at the time, and their insurance company denied my claim for work comp. Keith Semple has spent four years battling the insurance company for me. We succeeded in getting my claim accepted and my back surgery paid for. Keith also fought to get me the time loss benefits that the company owed me for all the back wages lost. Keith has made every attempt to make sure that this particular insurance company makes timely payments and follows by the courts rulings. Without Keith Semple as my lawyer I probably would have given up the fight long ago. As of today, I am in a retraining program at the local community college gathering skills to re-enter the workforce. Thank you Keith for continuing to fight on my behalf! I really appreciate it!

Gets results, 'nough said.

Not only is Keith effective, he's patient as well. I've been terrible about keeping in touch, between a bizarre work schedule and family members in & out of the hospital. Mr. Semple has kept me in the loop even when I failed on my end. Most recently he informed me the insurance company we've been dealing with (a foot-dragging bunch, at best) have decided to give us exactly what we've been asking for. Without having to go to war! Don't know if it's the "power of the letterhead" or a deserved reputation that convinced 'em to switch their position, and frankly I don't really care. Results are what matter. Mr. Semple has my enthusiastic endorsement as a Worker's Comp advocate.

Attorney Review

Keith Semple has been my attorney since January of 2012. I retained Keith after suffering my third back injury due to an on-the-job accident. I am thankful every day as well. Keith is highly knowledgeable of Oregon's workman's compensation system. He as assisted me through at least three hearings and is always highly prepared. Due to the complexity of my case, I retained Keith even when he left to work at another firm. I've never had to question Keith's expertise nor his commitment to my case. I would recommend Keith to any person needing assistance with workman's compensation. He is very thorough, highly committed to his clients, extremely knowledgeable, and is always prompt in contacting me when I seek his advice or have a question.
