Outcome: Won at arbitration

Description: In this case I represented a young woman who complained to her landlord about broken plumbing. He responded by kicking her out, which is illegal. He also kept her security deposit. We sued him for retaliatory eviction and for withholding the deposit. We ended up getting four times the deposit back plus attorney fees. That was my first civil case.
