I was unsure whether or not it would help me to hire an attorney regarding my rather unusual unemployment insurance appeal, and more importantly, whether I could afford one. I found this firm to be reasonable in cost and decided to go for an initial consultation with Aidan. She was very informative and honest about what to expect and did not try to pressure me into hiring her. After this consultation, I decided that I needed professional help. I won my case and know that I did so because of her expertise. I would recommend Aidan to anyone fighting an unemployment issue.
My initial meeting with Aidan was professional. After my divorce papers were signed and ready to file with the court it took 7 months to get a final judgement signed in a case without children. My papers were lost in the mail. That is fine, probably not her fault. However, I had to call the courts to find out this information on my own. I then continued to call the courts in order to find out when my final judgement was signed. Aidan was very unresponsive to my needs. On several occasions I called or emailed and got no response for weeks after multiple contacts. This then carried over into my house refinance having to be postponed because of very late paperwork. I do not recommend hiring Aidan for any professional legal work.
I found Ms. Melia very responsive, thorough and a pleasure to work with. I will definitely call on Ms. Melia again when I need legal advice.
