Ed Kroll - you are awesome!

Ed scored a touchdown and made the two point conversion on my case. Simply put, he blew the prosecution out of the water. For this, I am eternally grateful. It was a pleasure to watch from a front row seat. Being a former prosecutor, he has the inside track on the game inside the courthouse, and he always keeps it professional -- above the fray. In doing so, he builds rapport with judges and prosecutors alike. Rapport that will later pay dividends as he can score favorable pre-trial treatment, waivers of appearances, modifications of release agreements, and the like. Ed knows which battles to fight, and then still takes the prosecution’s lunch. I was accused of a misdemeanor, and opted to defend rather than accept a plea deal. Even as I was dealt numerous callback resets by the court, Ed and his firm stood by me throughout. At each reset, my case would get stronger and not weaker. In the runup to my trial, he had a razor focus on my case, and continued that way throughout the trial. He was able to compellingly summarize the facts of my case, articulate a succinct defense, and cite the relevant case law. Come trial time, he made the prosecution squirm, and their witnesses, including police, crumble. This is not a simple accomplishment, but a master in true form, Ed made it look easy. It requires strategy, attention to detail, a fast mind, and a person that can think on their feet to handle the prosecutor in real time as the accusations fly in the courtroom. Stunning oratory skills, superb litigator, persuasive, and to-the-point, I would trust Ed to represent me again, bar none. - Phenomenal prep throughout the case - Seamlessly integrated expert testimony - Excellent presentation of audio/video evidence - Once judge was assigned, laid out specific advantages/disadvantages of jury vs. bench trial – and he was correct! - Ordering of defense witnesses to achieve maximum advantage - Prosecution witnesses - what to expect from each, and how to counter. - My heart hung on every word that Ed said in court…I felt it was all substantial - Great office support staff – I worked with April, Matt, and Sarah, all great personalities and very helpful. Thanks again!

He kept me out of prison all 4 charges were dropped even with a previous history of similar charge! I was facing prison time, and I thought my young 19 year old life was over! , but he showed me there is always hope even when they call you guilty and make you prove other wise.. and for this I owe him so much more than was paid, he is the best lawyer I've worked with or talked to. If you need a lawyer that will do everything he can for you, Edward kroll is the only one I could recommend with your life.

I was charged with a diversion-inelligible DUI and two counts of reckless endangerment. The fact is, I made a terrible mistake and I'll never make it again, but this could have ruined my life. Mr. Kroll managed to plead my case down to diversion and reckless driving. Other lawyers I talked to told me diversion was impossible and I'd have to go to trial, but with Mr. Kroll's help, the DUI is going off my record. He got me a better deal than I ever thought possible. He was honest, supportive, communicative, non-judgmental, and charged a fair price.
If u hav any legal issues and u havent hired Edward Kroll yet, u r making a BIG mistake

I was charged with 4 felony counts. I had interviewed 5 diff attorneys to represent me cos i needed the best. I finally decided on Edward Kroll. He wasnt d cheapest nor was he the most expensive. His price was just right. But my life was more important than the money. He told me wat all my option were.if convicted i will be goin to prison,or i could take a plea with d state which means i have a felony record with probarbly no prison time or we go to trial..and he will argue my case till the end. I decided to go to trial even when most of the cards were stacked against me. Right from d jury selection process through closing Mr Kroll brought his A game. Win or loose i would still hire this young man. He will come to war with d biggest weapon.. The jury found me Not Guilty BTW on all count Thank you Mr Kroll for giving me my life back The whole 2day trial Felt like an episode out of the tv show "the practice" and he was Bobby Donnel played by dylan Mcdermott The best decision i ever made in my life was hiring mr Kroll. I am still in shock If you are reading this and need legal advice on anything, you need to be calling him right now!! Walle S.

I was charged with DUII and after speaking to several attorneys I hired Mr. Kroll. He worked closely on my case and was very prepared. I felt that the police had overcharged my case and that I was innocent. Mr. Kroll took the case to trial and convinced the jury that I was not guilty and all the 5 charges against me were dismissed.

I was sick and tired of paying all these traffic tickets so I decided to hire an attorney this time. Edward Kroll is truly a professional expertise in his field. I took a chance on him after reading reviews from others experience and enjoyed the positive outcome of dismissal from today's trial. Thank God because the judge definitely seemed annoyed that the prosecutor and officer reached an agreement. Apparently I also found his reputation as a former prosecutor has served him well. He was well worth every penny and highly recommend him. It felt good paying him instead of the government.

I hired Edward to defend me in connection with with several charges, some of them felonies. Edward worked hard on my case, always keeping me in the loop. I never had to ask him what the status of my case was. He listened to my side of things and made sure he understood. He spoke with witnesses and built me a great defense. Thanks to his efforts, the case was finally dismissed before we even had a trial - Edward worked that hard for me. My family and I are forever thankful for his help, and for keeping my record clean. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

I hired Edward Kroll to represent me in a Family Law matter. He was very helpful and professional. I was always informed on what was going on and if i ever had any questions or concerns he was always there to answer them. I was charged with Hit & Run in Portland in 2008. Due to my then-current lawyer's poor communication skills, I wound up missing a court date and thinking that my case was taken care of. In 2010, I lived in California. I was visiting friends in Portland when I was stopped and arrested on a warrant for the 2008 case. I contacted Ed, who assured me he would take care of things for me. Despite being charged with a misdemeanor traffic crime and facing a license suspension and jail time, Ed managed to get the whole case reduced to a violation - a traffic ticket! I kept my license, stayed out of jail, and kept my record completely clean of any criminal conviction. I paid only a small fine. Ed was efficient and professional and got me a great deal. His rates were very reasonable as well. He did a fantastic job, and I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs assistance with a criminal matter.
