    We lost our daughter in a auto accident due to others' negligence. Jeff was assigned to us and handled almost every aspect of the case, including the day-to-day issues. He was thorough, informative, and always there. He handled our case superbly and gave us the feeling that something was being done and that we would be fully satisfied when the case was completed, which we were.
