I was asked to research a lawyer for a friend so I went on line and contacted seven lawyers. I talked to two receptionists: one sent me an email to have a form filled out and the other only talked about how much the service would cost. I then left messages for five lawyers. This was last week and to date the four remaining lawyers have not returned my call. Nathan Mubasher called me back within 14 minutes. Not only was he prompt, he asked questions and helped me understand what my friend needs to move forward. It was so refreshing to talk to a person who actually cared about the situation I was inquiring about. He was understanding, helpful, professional, easy to understand, sincere, and NICE.

I am a former paralegal who worked in law for 10+ years before I became permanently disabled several years ago. All legal cases are different and after months of trying to deal with my case on my own, I finally realized I was going to get nowhere without help and aid of an attorney and since my health was literally in the balance in the meantime, I was in a bit of a time crunch and had a matter that was very time sensitive.
When I started looking for help from attorney’s I started with finding Disability/Healthcare/Medicare attorneys and what I found through yellow pages and attorney searches was that I didn’t seem to warrant any one’s time. The major issue was that no attorney/attorney’s office would spend the time to listen to me long enough to process what I actually needed help with….that came with problems…because if I didn’t fit into their categories or questionnaire questions, then I was told they couldn’t help me.
The issue I needed help with was a SSA/MediCAL/healthcare issue, which technically falls under a Social Security Disability/healthcare type issue however, I found there were NO attorney's out there in the SSA or Healthcare/Medicare or even in the general law practices who help with this particular type of situation. I spent hours looking for help online and hours calling and leaving messages and explaining my situations to receptionists/paralegals who usually would allow me to speak more than a few more words in before I was interrupted to tell me that the attorney’s “didn’t do that type of case”. Believe it or not, I am still receiving call backs from attorney’s offices asking if I would still need help with my time sensitive matter- 4 and a half months later (not sure if I would ever want one of these attorneys to work on any case I may have…I’m just saying).
Out of the 30+ disability/healthcare attorney’s numbers I called, I never actually spoke to another attorney for longer than 30 seconds. I found Mr. Mubasher on Avvo, I did my general search terms and he came up in a couple different ones…I had almost given up at that point, but I am glad I didn’t. I believe he was one of the last few numbers I made the attempt to call and by the time I left a message for him I was beaten down and had not a lot of hope of finding help.
When I had my initial conversation with Mr. Mubasher, I found it was not rushed or hurried along, he listened to me long enough to understand what my issue was. Mr. Mubasher took my information, including my notes and did some of his own research (which in my opinion and experience any attorney that is considering taking and/or is taking on any case should do prior to giving answers one way or another). Once he did some research, he came back and discussed the issues with me and at the point I hired him on, he took on the case and did all that he could to get me the help I needed. Mr. Mubasher never promised me a win or an outcome one way or another, but the fact that he said he would try was more HELP and compassion from ANY attorney out there. I feel that his retainer was more than reasonable for my issue as when I initially spoke to him he listened to me long enough to understand that I had a complicated issue that didn’t really fit into any one category of law one way or another.
He was honest and patient with me as I did get upset and worked up with all the frustrations of my situation but he always was understanding and helpful. When I had a question or questions, I was able to call and/or email and get a response within a very reasonable time frame.
After the work he did, I was able to get my matter solved. Getting this matter resolved changed everything for me and had it not been for him listening, agreeing and helping get this matter resolved, I really don’t know where I would be. I have happily recommended him to people I know and will continue to do so.

Nathan is a hard working lawyer and I highly recommend him. He is well spoken, and very knowledgeable about the situation regarding my case. One of the best things about him is that he is accessible 24/7, which is something that I cannot say about all lawyers. Whether I needed legal help or just someone to help ease my anxiety, Nathan was there and more than willing to help. The moment I hired Nathan I finally had a chance to relax, because it was clear to me he would fight for me all the way until the end.

I've met with the real estate agent to obtain CMA's for the property I've purchased. She forwarded my name to his friend who was attorney and Nathan Mubasher left me couple voice mails telling me that I have a very strong case against seller, real estate agent and contractor who worked on the house. The contract he made me to sign exempted him from any accountability towards me for the work done on my case. Once, after paying him $9,000 I've asked for review of status of my case, he refused to meet with me, and instead told me that he is increasing his fees. When I complained to him about lack of performance on his part and not even sending "lawyer" letters to the plaintiffs, he advised me that the contract he had me to sign did not impose any need for performance on his part. and did not gave me right to review status of my case. Is this malpractice or just standard way in which attorneys are treating their clients?
The bottom line - I've paid $9,000 for his services which he effectively cancelled as soon as I asked him to review status of the case. This $9,000 did not even pay for the "lawyer" letters.

I am very thankful for meeting a lawyer like Nathan. I was facing a debt collections item on my Credit Report and Nathan took persistent action to get this item resolved. He stood by my side and represented me in a very determined way. He helped me negotiate a deal that kept my credit report clean and brought my balance down to 0. I am lucky and thankful for his service and would recommend him to all my friends and family.

I was referred to Nathan by another lawyer who spoke highly of him. Nathan is not only extremely knowledgeable and good at law, he is also personal and caring. When I was at a loss and depressed about the legal system in general, he was able to guide me with a more common people perspective with understanding. His younger age also makes him almost a tireless worker that he is there almost 24/7. Thanks Nathan.

After 5 years of contacting attorneys who "Say" they handle legal malpractice, present them with overwhelming evidence, then listen to their excuses why they can not take the case, I was fortunate enough to meet Mr. Mubasher. Mr. Mubasher settled my case in less than 2 months, out of court and recovered every last penny owed to me. He is fair, honest and single-handedly restored my faith in the system.

Nathan provided a free and very detailed consultation with options on how to address my case that would best suit my interests, as well as solve my case as quickly as possible. From the start it was clear, he was very experienced, had a demeanor of confidence, and would command respect and concern for plaintiff attorneys to question their own abilities to win a case against him.
He always showed care and concern, while guiding and consulting with me to achieve my outcome requirements. Nathan’s personality is a very rare blend found in an attorney, compassionate, yet a force to be reckoned in defense of a case. My case was resolved in a relatively short period of time out of court, and I did not give up any request made by the plaintiffs’ attorney that was of real importance to me. Choose Nathan, you will be thankful for the ease of the journey, and results he will provide.
