Description: Client was charged with 2 instances of Domestic Violence, Criminal Threats, Dissuading a Witness and Vandalism after just pleading guilty pro per on another Domestic Violence crime with the same victim in another county. Mr. Kent was able to show that the charges were trumped up and resolved the case for no additional jail on a vandalism count! Also, at the restraining order hearing, Mr. Kent successfully argued that the victim should attend the 52-week Batterer's Intervention Program!
