Went to the pooch park in (my City), and loose dog attacked and seriously injured my dog outside the fenced in play area. Attorney Noceda assisted in not only seeing that the veterinarian costs were covered by the owner of the offending dog, for my pet, but took additional steps in looking into requi...rements for people coming to dog parks in general. She made recommendations that I, and other pet owners, would like to see initiated by the city. For example, register for a permit with a nominal fee, provide current vaccination records, and that they don't have any reported incidents of aggression. This would not only protect our pets, but humans in the park as well.

I had gotten into some serious trouble by being in the wrong place at the wrong time with the wrong people. I know that everyone says that but I really was innocent.
