People v. J.B. (DUI)

Outcome: All charges except DUI dismissed

Description: Client was accused of driving drunk with her child in the car. When she got out of the car, she struck her husband in front of witnesses. She was arrested in Pasadena with her 2nd DUI as well as child endangerment and domestic violence charges. Client was not a citizen and faced severe immigration penalties with the wrong deal. Through extensive negotiations, all charges except the DUI were dismissed and client was sentenced to private jail.
