So far so good! I owe a big thank you to Brian here. My manager to make a long story short terminated my brother and suspended me for calling out some serious safety concerns in our work environment and said the reasons for the discipline were unrelated. And its been quite a challenge to find anyone... that will at least hear my brother and I out, until I came across Brian. Not only was he willing to hear me out he also provided guidance on how to tread in these tricky waters.
