People v. Tuan

Outcome: Pled guilty to wet reckless charge.

Description: Client was under 21, got into a traffic collision with injuries to another passenger. Client arrested for DUI with enhancements of being under 21 and causing great bodily injury to another. I was able to get the DUI charges and great bodily injury charges dismissed. Client pled guilty to a reduced charge--wet reckless.
