after 5 years i had my record reduced and expunged. my case worker nick was on top of my case and was updated regularly. dont wait if u think your case can be expunged. This firm is legit and worth the money for a new begining !!!!!!!!!!!!

I do not have alot of input that I feel would be necessary for you to utilize in order to improve your services. Overall I have been very pleased with what has been accomplished,and feel that all of the main objectives and goals were accomplished. If there is one aspect that I believe can be improved it would be consistent communication throughout the entire process. What I mean by this is that your company is very good at responding to questions, and very timely with providing updates when their have been changes to the cases, new information, or an important piece of information that is needed. By consistent communication I mean that it would be helpful for you guys to send messages when there are no changes to the case occuring. The downtime if you will. There were some blank periods of time when I would not hear from your company and I was unsure if there was anything that I should be doing, or something that I had missed since I hadn't heard from you guys.
I hope this made sense and helps at all. Basically just an email every so often to the client to let them know that you are still working on the case, what youir doing, and if there is anything that the client can provide for you while your reviewing their case. When I spoke with Mathew Higbee, he answered all my questions in a direct and honest manner. He also listened to the details of my case. I felt very encouraged after talking to Mr. Higbee. This was very different from the experiences that I had when speaking with other attorneys about sealing my criminal record. After reviewing my documents, one attorney told me that it would not be possible to seal my criminal record. Another attorney told me that it would be too difficult to get my record sealed. The District Attorney was very opposed to the sealing of my criminal record. The amount of work that they did for 495 dollars was insane. The DA opposed having my case cleared and then requested it be continued two times. Hopefully, RecordGone.com doesn't have to go to court three times on every case or else they won't be in business long. It took a little longer than I hoped, but that was the DA's fault. Around late Oct. of 2007, I was searching for a lawyer who specializes in record sealing here in California. At the time, I have spoke with just about all of the lawyers based out of the OC/SOCAL area whose contact information turned up on the first 4 search pages on Google under: Record Sealing, 851.8, Arrest Record Sealing and Destroying etc. After a month or so of research, I was quoted prices ranging from $700 to $6K. In addition, I have also spoke to about 3 to 4 lawyers who had advised me to simply quit on my hope of sealing an arrest record. According to them, the chances of it being granted is so low that it isn't even worth the effort. In the end, after speaking with a large # of well-known seasoned criminal defense lawyers, I was fully convinced that Mathew's firm was the ONLY one that was able to successfully represent me for a number of key reasons:
