Getting a divorce after 30 years is the most devastating experience to any family. After 15 months of being represented by Dishon & Block I am convinced I made the best choice. Aaron Dishon listened attentively to my situation and organized the best team for my case. He helped me evaluate first all of my critical decisions. He demonstrated the highest ethics when he would remind me that a divorce is difficult on both sides. His extensive experience gives him quickly a clear picture of a plan when we had an obstacle. Marc Garelick is a perfectionist and has an unbelievable patience whenever he would explain to me his wealth of information. Marc understood it's difficult for me to believe in any words of hope. But, he continually repeated kind words of hope and support. Leea Summervelle is very professional and detailed oriented. The whole staff was always available to talk with me and eager to help. My questions were answered Via Emails within 15 minutes. They have given me the strength to survive the biggest loss anyone can ever face “his Family”. I am grateful for their sincere concerns and hard work. I am confident Aaron and his team got me the best settlement.
I have worked with Aaron Dishon and his team for several months on family law matters. Aaron has been involved in the issues every step of the way and has provided outstanding legal services and strategies. Aaron and all the attorneys at Dishon & Block are at the top of the field for Southern California family law attorneys.
Aaron Dishon is a lawyer with integrity. He is professional, caring and is who you want to hire during this difficult time. He gets results and you won't be disappointed
Aaron Dishon demonstrates a high level of knowledge, talent and professionalism in his field of law. They gave me legal options I didn't even know existed. I was in an abusive relationship for many years and was ready to take measures to dissolve my marriage. Aaron came highly recommended to me by several others and it is now apparent to me why he is so well respected in the legal world. His staff is professional, courteous and Aaron has exceeded my expectations in representing me. Dishon and Block goes above and beyond and truly cares about their client!
Aaron Dishon had represented me in my child support dissolution challenged by my ex-wife. He was my third attorney to finally get it right with a G.S.D. - Get Stuff Done approach and attitude that was able to save me thousands of unjust monthly child support. His office staff was incredibly professional and responsive on any and all requests, communications and inquiries. Aaron's ability to be strategic and factual with reference to the law was superb. His knowledge and reference to case history is strong and assisted us in planning our case that ultimately won a fair and equitable resolution. Aaron was not afraid to engage when needed and immediately act on tactics to win.
On a personal note Aaron was personable, understanding and was finally the attorney whom gave me the confidence I needed as a father to be able to fight for what was right instead of the typical "father against all odds" scenario that many attorneys will just want you to accept. Thank you Aaron for seeing this through fruition , being my legal counsel and advisor through the toughest time of my life!
Mr. Dishon was happy to take my business and represent me through months of child custody negotiation only to fail to see the case through to the end when my final hearing conflicted with a vacation. His "solution" to this issue (of which he gave me less than two days warning, despite knowing that he would be gone weeks in advance) was to put a colleague on the case who had never spoken with me before nor reviewed my case. Tens of thousands of dollars worth of assurances that he would see my case through only to turn it over to someone completely unfamiliar with it at the last minute, with no warning. Not acceptable.
I was paying a large alimony order to my ex while she was cohabitating. Aaron was able to get the order reduced to zero. More importantly, Aaron was able to bring legal pressure on my ex and her counsel to come to the table to reach a final settlement and fully resolve all supprt issues.
The results were excellent and the peace of mind for me was priceless.
Aaron racked up the billable hours as fast as he could. He knows what he's doing, but he isn't for the average working person. If you don't have the cash flow the job won't get done. Now I am broke and still going thru my divorce.
Aaron Dishon has been a pleasure to work with over the years. He is a competent, caring, and responsive attorney that gets results for his clients regardless of their situation. He realizes that divorce is a difficult ordeal for everyone and treats his clients with professionalism and respect while getting the results they deserve.
Every case is treated as a unique situation and every member of the team is always there to answer questions pretty much at all times.
I recommend Aaron Dishon for anyone trying to get their fair share during a divorce regardless of whether the case is related to spousal support payments or splitting up assets between ex partners. He is very experienced in all of these areas. I have spoken to other satisfied clients as well that can vouch for Dishon and Block and their ability to deliver results.
Aaron Dishon is the attorney that handled my divorce case over 4 years ago. He was able to get me an agreement that was fair and equitable to all parties. My ex’s lawyer was proposing a much less equitable settlement. I found this page while looking for his phone number. I again need his professional guidance to help adjust my support obligation I would never use another attorney for family law matters. As a man, I really feel the court system is not working fairly for me and need a professional to fight for my rights.
