Laura kept me informed of the status of my case each step of the way. When I had a question, (and I had many), she was ready with an answer. My husband is an attorney and not once did he feel the need to intervene. Laura is as kind and patient as she is knowledgeable.

Our company has utilized Ms. Hess' services at the firm of Kring & Chung for many years. As Corporate Counsel I can attest to the highs and lows associated with hiring outside counsel. Ms. Hess, through her work product, results and efficient billing practices, has consistently proven herself again and again. She is an excellent resource and has assisted us in various areas, including real estate transactions/litigation, commercial litigation and employment matters.

When we engaged Laura for our damages from our HOA, she was very knowledgeable, offered suggestions that provided alternatives for recovering our damages, and never misled us about the potential outcomes and expenses.
