Anna Greenstin

In 2002, Anna Greenstin obtained her law degree from Southwestern University, School of Law. Ms. Greenstin has extensive experience in litigation, arbitration, and mediation. Her practice consists of business and tort claims, fraud actions, real estate disputes, and complex multi-party transactions in both State and Federal Court.  

Ms. Greenstin is a certified mediator through Pepperdine School of Law Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. Negotiation and management abilities are an essential part of every conflict. Ms. Greenstin became a certified mediator to assist clients with resolution and administrative skills, which are essential to business leadership, corporate growth, and risk mitigation. 

Ms. Greenstin is dedicated to representing local business owners, real estate professionals and homeowners, tenants and landlords, lenders and borrowers, as well as contractors, in all aspects.  Described as tenacious, hardworking, knowledgeable and passionate, Ms. Greenstin uses both negotiation and litigation skills to reach the most cost effective result tailored to each individual client and case.     

Ms. Greenstin has represented clients in various types of disputes.  Arbitration and litigation matters include fraud, misrepresentation, sham guarantees, negligence, failure to disclose, defense and prosecution of wrongful foreclosure, lender liability, landlord/tenant grievances, commission disputes, breach of contract, boundary and restrictive covenant disagreements, personal injury, breach of fiduciary duties, and insurance claims. 

She successfully represents clients on a variety of liability claims, including the following:

·       Strategizing the defense and evidence to successfully movie forward and defend against Summary Judgment;

·       Facilitating settlement negotiations and discovery disputes for the firm’s clients to obtain beneficial results affecting insurance and indemnity; 

·       Extensive mediation and litigation experience regarding contractual and tort disputes;

.       Defending and prosecuting fraud claims; and

.       Defending and prosecuting lender liability matters.  

Since 2007, Ms. Greenstin has been a member of the (NHLPA) National Hockey League Players Association, representing international hockey players in the (NHL) National Hockey League as a sports agent. Representing professional athletes both in their personal and professional affairs enabled her to work throughout North America negotiating deals and resolving disputes.  

As an award winning public speaker, she conducts seminars to business owners, and real estate professionals.  Ms. Greenstin has spoken in front of the National Association of Hispanic Realtors throughout southern California, provides annual lectures to realtors and brokers at local Keller Williams franchises, and in 2010 during the NHL Draft she was a guest speaker to aspiring young sports agents.  She has lectured to numerous small business owners at "Be Your Own Boss" workshops and "Legal Issues for Start-ups" seminars for SCORE (Counselors to Small Businesses). Demonstrating both a scholarly and progressive interest in the changing field of law, Ms. Greenstin has written numerous articles on real estate, lending, and business issues.
