Alyssa Lynn Andersen

Ms. Andersen currently performs freelance civil litigation writing for other attorneys, in the areas of personal injury, construction, and business litigation.

Ms. Andersen practiced at Kring & Chung in Irvine, California from January 2006 to June 2012, where her practice initially focused on fraud, breach of contract, and construction defect litigation for public school district clients.  That work involved addressing issues that included public contracting, energy savings contracts, public school construction guidelines, and interaction with the California Division of State Architect.  After those cases resolved, Ms. Andersen handled matters including construction defect, labor and employment, and intellectual property claims.  Her employment practice involved work for both employees and employers, in pre-litigation negotiation and litigation of claims involving contractual disputes, wage and hour issues, wrongful termination, and discrimination and harassment.  Her intellectual property practice included litigation regarding copyright, trademark, and trade dress infringement, as well as misappropriation of trade secrets.
