Nancy explains so I can understand. She answered my emails so I knew what was happening, and met with me when I needed to show her papers. I understood each step; I found other workers in the waiting are who knew nothing of how they got there.

Nancy was there for me throughout the entire process. She kept me informed, and was very patient explaining the process and what I needed to do. Most of all, she was honest in her expectations. She is truly professional, patient, and will do what needs to be done. Thank You, Nancy!

I REALLY recommend this lawyer. She handled my case herself. Nancy picked a super doctor who really cared.
I don't know what i would have done without her; without her I was with a chiropractor who couldn't get me shoulder surgery, and I was running out of state payments, and no one could explain why I couldn't get payments or pain relief or surgery.
I have already sent neighbors to her for help.
I wish all lawyers were as affordable (I paid nothing except at the very end, and that was paid by the insurance company).
I wish all lawyers were as straight-forward as Nancy is.

I am really very gratefull with your answers and inscructive comments.
You should be really a great defens attorney according to your comments and I am really pretty sure your clients should be very happy and greatfull that they picked you up as an attorney.
It is pity that you are not acting in San Diego.
Thank you again.

I went to another lawyer who sent me to a chiropractor for an ankle and a shoulder which he couldn't help. Then, before I could finish with an orthopedic, that bad chiropractor wrote a false report that i was finished so the bad lawyer could close the case quickly! Nancy fixed the damage done by the bad lawyer and bad chiropractor...I'll NEVER call an 800 number for legal help ever again.

My husband had two back injuries, the second one cost him his job. Mrs. Wallace handled the case herself, appeared herself at court appearances, spent as much time as we needed so we could understand. friends had secretaries handling their claim and couldn't understand why they got what they got. My husband was given the option of settling or going to trial and the good parts and bad parts of each...I had to explain this to other friends with work injuries because they could never talk to their lawyer.
