Description: Dangerous condition of public highway. Plaintiff was a passenger in a car which failed to negotiate a left hand turn at night. Plaintiff alleged there was a dangerous condition for failure to adequately warn of the upcoming curve. As a condition of settlement, the County made significant improvements at the location to prevent future accidents.
