I met Scott and Evan while serving on a jury in San Diego. Because of the way I witnessed how Scott and Kevin handled the case, when I needed some legal advice on an employment law issue I turned to Scott. He worked with me to understand the case I had, what my rights are and what actions where available for me to take. I retained Scott to represent me and he worked my case to a successful conclusion. When I had another legal question that Scott thought better handled by a pier of his, at another law firm, he did not hesitate to make that recommendation. I highly recommend Scott and The McMillan Law Firm to be your legal advocate.

Heartfelt and humbled, I am so grateful and appreciative of their legal expertise. Scott McMillan, Evan Kalooky, and the staff of the McMillan Law Firm for setting the record straight against the plaintiff(s) alleged claims at the lower court. As plaintiff(s) could not prove their case by "clear and convincing" the highest standard of evidence, nor were they able to prove their case to meet the "preponderance" of evidence, the lowest standard to prove their case even though they had 5 lawyers and a well of resources. Plaintiff(s) filed an appeal against the lower court's decision found in my favor which was heard by a 3-Judge Appellate Court panel. Scott McMillan, Evan Kalooky, and Mr. Charles Kagay, (Spiegel, Liao, & Kagay) my appellate attorney and firm presented oral arguments protecting the lower court's decision found in my favor. The 4th Appellate Court's decisional outcome was also found in my favor with an order to pay my attorney.

Scott McMillan has very successfully represented me over the past year and a half, both in fighting a large and complex bankruptcy where I'm an unsecured creditor and in defending me in civil litigation. He is extremely tenacious and diligent and most importantly, effective. He is open and honest and available. I highly recommend Mr. McMillan if you need someone that will hang in there and fight for you.

Scott and his legal team were truly amazing. They were passionate about my case, responsive to my questions/concerns, and did not break the bank. I was recently involved in a civil case as the plaintiff and hired Scott to represent me. Scott is not like all the other money-hungry attorneys out there. He is extremely dedicated to winning your case, aggressive, highly competent, yet very reasonably priced. You would not want to have Scott on the opposing side. He is sharp, knowledgeable, creative, unrelenting and pragmatic. He is like a friend to his clients and like an unrelenting warrior to the opposition. He does all this while maintaining the utmost level of professionalism. His staff were knowledgeable, competent, and down to earth. He delivered better than expected results for me and I observed that he had done the same for others. For all this he gets 5 stars and my business if I ever need an attorney again!

The McMillan law firm is top notch. I drove down from Los Angeles to Mesa with a lot of questions and a huge employment mess in my hands. I met with an amazing man that really cared about the outcome of my case. He was honest from the start in terms of everything that I needed to know including fees, time-frame and how my old employers would respond. His team answered my emails within 24 hours each and every time, and trust me, there were a lot of emails from me. Like previously stated he is a gladiator when the time comes and I was thanking my lucky stars that he was on my side when we went to mediation. You cannot get an attorney that cares more about the outcome of your case......... you just can't.

this guy is totally committed to you and your case. he assigns you a young gun (attorney) to keep you updated and your very well taken care of.the hourly rate for the young guns is very reasonable and thier good!!when its time to do battle (litigation) scott becomes the gladiator! his preparation is impeccable !!!! his presentation is filled with thunder & lightning, facts and truth !he"s there to win for you.if you would like to play attorney he will prepare you to present a portion of your case! my wife walks back and forth in our living waving both arms then she stops ,points her finger at me and says your guilty as charged!!! do the dishes.
