About Me

The law is my second career. I became a lawyer because I recognized a shortage of good lawyers that were willing to build a practice serving middle-class clients and small businesses. I have built my Firm in six years from a solo practice to one that employs myself and two other lawyers, plus support staff. Most of our practice involves litigation in the California Superior Court, but we also help our small business clients prepare for the growth and success of their business.

Scott McMillan is a zealous advocate. He is a visionary in the legal field, constantly striving to better the profession while garnering amazing results for his clients. He is equally as talented on paper (writing) as he is in the Court room. His knowledge of the law is superior and his strategies are aggressive.

  • Alexander Paul Zarcone

I endorse this lawyer. I have worked with Scott on Chapter 11 cases and I found him to be very honest and straightforward. Just as important, he is an extremely able practitioner both in his written work and in his representation of his clients before the court, a true advocate for his clients. I would highly recommend him to any potential client or attorney.
