Ever since participating in a mock trial in elementary school I've wanted to be a trial attorney. Immediately after passing the bar exam on my first attempt, I opened up shop specializing in personal injury, insurance bad faith, and wage and hour class actions. Within a year I had the results to back up my passion.
Eleven months after opening I settled my first case for $257,500 against an insurance company in a bad faith action with only $21,000 in policy benefits at issue. A couple months later, and another $615,000.00 against an international product manufacturer, I knew I was on to something. We recently resolved a $250,000 medical malpractice case in favor of my client.
I am currently co-lead counsel on Moore v. Ulta Salon, Cosmetics & Fragrance, Inc. and Martinez v. Guess?, Inc., wage & hour class actions with thousands of putative class members.
In addition, I am handling numerous auto accident, insurance bad faith, slip/trip and fall accidents, and other personal injury matters in both state and federal court.
Please contact my office today to discuss any legal issue or questions you may have. I always offer free initial consultations and handle most cases on a contingency basis. I take a personal interest in each of my cases, even the small ones, and work diligently towards resolution. I hope to hear from you soon!

Timothy Hobbs Personal Injury Attorney
I just reviewed a personal injury response written by Ms. Hobbs, It was totally professional and correct and showed concern for the individual needs of the Avvo asker. These are precisely the qualities which any potential client would want to have in an attorney.
