This was my first time at hiring a lawyer and was a pleasant experience. Everyone at the office was very helpful and friendly, they answered all my questions when I called and got back to my emails quickly.
I never meet anyone at the office I had moved out of state and did every thing over the phone and emails. I would highly recommend them.

Thank you for the expert legal defense you provided our small business over the past 5 years as we found ourselves the target of a lawsuit from a large corporation. Your knowledge, advice and recommendations were instrumental to the settlement that was ultimately negotiated; and, the results were better than we could have hoped for.

Amazing attorney and employees. When I had no one to help me with my child custody case they were there for me.

While divorce is not fun by any stretch, the McFarling Law Group made it as painless as possible. They were quick, efficient, and delivered exactly what we discussed on my first meeting with them. Thank you for making what could have been a terrible experience, easy.

I was referred to Emily by a friend. She stepped in and took my case, which ended in a victory. She worked with me financially and represented me better than I could have imagined. She fought diligently for me in the courtroom. I was extremely satisfied with her and her team(Tricia, Brittany, and Michael). Thanks to all of you for your support!

They were all very eager to help me in the beginning then I feel like once they got my money I was just another person waiting in line. No compassion. This may be ignorance speaking as I have never worked with a lawyer before but I was expecting a lot more legal guidance, knowledge, and compassion given my situation. I'm sure they have hundreds of cases just like mine so after awhile it becomes routine and they forget the people and the devastating situations that their dealing with.

I can't nor will I ever be able to say enough great things about Emily, Michael, Tricia and the whole team! It was an uphill 4 year battle for custody finances and everything else that comes along with it with another family law attorney. After retaining Emily and her team, it was only a matter of months before everything was settled and settled above and beyond my expectations. She was able to secure a trust in excess of $50,000 dollars for my children's college education. Secure every penny of back child support owed to me and my children! Also, to my own surprise was able to secure all attorneys fees from the other party. Throughout this entire process Emily and her entire team were alway confident, honest and comforting and just those last three things made for a much better nights sleep.

After having my free consultation with her I was told I would definitely get future child support because it's the LAW, change to joint custody from primary custody, and that a school issue would be a toss up. I lost future child support, got joint custody only because mother gave it up without a fight, and lost school issue, all other issues other party was fighting against myself I LOST all for $15,000. That may not seem like much but $15,000 and you win NO issues is A LOT of $$$$. Never cared to go about informing me in detail how I go about taking care of my judgments except wanting me to pay more $$$ and appeal to the NV Supreme Court or pay more $$$$ to have the judge reconsider. Reconsider what???? To reconsider LOSING AGAIN??? WOW! Doesn't know her judges, if she has been practicing law for amount of years as she says she should know how ALL judges would rule or favor a case. Asks you to write a 5 page paper on yourself and relationship to your ex and then morning of case/trial asks questions that could've been answered if only she read that 5 page paper.

Dealing with my child custody case was so personal that I found it to be too difficult and emotionally distressing to represent myself. From previous legal experiences I discovered Attys 'specialize' in numerous areas of law and in this case I needed a genuine specialist. So when I was searching for an Attorney to retain I made it a must to find someone who only deals with family law. I was very impressed with all of Emily's achievements when I found her page through a search engine. All of her team were prompt in responding to my calls and emails, which is amazing since I live overseas. They were very informative and kept me current on all activity within my case by scanning and emailing documents upon receipt or filing. Emily was very knowledgeable about what was relevant and composed all documents with the highest standard. I am sure this will not be the only time I will need Emily's expertise and am truly thankful to her and her team for all their brilliant support and work throughout.
