I was pulled over for a questionable traffic violation that resulted in multiple charges including Extreme DUI. I believed these charges were worth a fight so I had a consultation with Jim and he thankfully agreed to take on my case. From the very beginning, Jim treated me with upmost respect and with full transparency as he did exhaustive work to uncover every angle/opportunity to win. My case spanned well over two years as Jim skillfully confronted EVERY detail of my case. As a result of Jim's expertise in DUI Law, he was able to get the Blood Evidence suppressed and prove that the remainder of evidence did not support ANY of the charges. ALL charges DISMISSED/NOT GUILTY!!
I highly recommend Jim Nesci to anyone considering hiring an DUI attorney!

I consulted with seven attorneys about my DUI arrest and each recommended I meet with Mr. Nesci. His thorough knowledge of the applicable case law, ability to explain procedural complexities and consequences of various outcomes made working with James an easy choice. I hesitated only long enough to run a risk/benefit analysis which confirmed his higher fee remained the best value.
Throughout the process James kept me fully informed, in a timely manner, of the case status and explained the probabilities of various outcomes as the prosecution made their procedural choices.
He encouraged my request to attend a trial. Having done so I was further reassured I'd made the right choice. He was prepared for every situation, rebutted every challenge by the prosecution and developed every opportunity to further the best interest of his client. When the jury retired I fully expected an acquittal which the jury confirmed.
The skill that James and his colleagues brought to my case resulted in dismissal of all original charges. I pled guilty to a single new charge of "Reckless Driving".
The arresting officer represented the State during the MVD hearing to suspend my drivers license. After a short review and discussion the Judge agreed with James that my license would not be suspended.
My trust in James was well placed and I am thankful he agreed to take my case.

After my first attorney advised me that there is no chance of winning my DUI case, and that I should just plead guilty, and on the advice of a friend worked in the state attorney’s office I asked Mr. Nesci to take over my case. He accepted, and I then switched attorneys. During that time he uncovered multiple facts and issues with the case, and when we finally went to court a year or so later, we easily walked out with a Not Guilty verdict. If you are in Arizona and accused of a DUI, I strongly believe that there is no better attorney to defend you.
